This is supported by clear calendar planning and structured Time & Action (T&A) creation, providing full visibility at every stage of production.

Our local teams in the production countries provide daily on-site follow-up, enabling real-time monitoring, proactive issue resolution, and immediate feedback against agreed calendars and T&A milestones. Working closely with the merchandising team, they ensure seamless communication between factories and customers, keeping expectations aligned and timelines closely tracked.
