Quality Control

Quality is non-negotiable and we take it seriously at every stage of production.

Our local QC teams conduct on-site inspections throughout the process, including material, inline, and final inspections. Using our internal software system, we document all findings in structured reports to make a proper correction plan which are shared directly with our customers for full transparency.

We are fully capable of adapting to our customers existing internal QC protocol system, if there is any.

In addition, we perform chemical and physical tests based on brand requirements. 

Where no standard is provided, we follow our own internal protocols to ensure every product meets expectations.
